It’s also important to note that while companies can advertise that a CBD product is legal, buyers should check the product’s Certificate of Analysis (COA) to ensure the THC percentage fall as below 0.03%.
If a product has a result higher than 0.3%, or if a product doesn’t have a COA available, it’s best to steer clear.
Will CBD make me high?
CBD does not have psychoactive effects so it will not get you high. The benefits of CBD play a therapeutic role by working with your body’s endocannabinoid system, which is responsible for regulating many bodily functions but has zero intoxicating effects.
